By downloading our song; you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1.) FOR NON-COMMERCIAL USE: You agree that if you download this song for any non-commercial purposes (listening, personal music collection, etc); you will not make illegal copies of our song for sale without informing the publisher by writing.

2.) FOR COMMERCIAL USE: You agree that if you download and use this song for commercial applications, you will need to submit a licensing application AFTER determining that our song fits your project. We do not collect up-front licensing fees from you (e.g up-front fees related to sync and use of sound recording). We do not make money until you do. Our only source of income is performance royalties collected by ASCAP after successfully releasing your project to the public with the songs.

The download audio quality is 128kbps (the one you will download now from our site), so it is good only for pre-production purposes. If you decide to finally use our song, you will be provided with a higher audio quality version of the song in WAV format.
