Section 2. Scope of Performance Royalty Payments
You will need to secure a performance license and pay a performance license fee to ASCAP If:
a.) You are a television station company and including our music in your TV programs. You will need to include our music in the project cue sheets and submit to ASCAP.
b.) You are a radio station company and you include our music in your station playlist. You will need to report our song performance to ASCAP by using cue sheets or any other method.
c.) You are a business establishment or corporation e.g a restaurant, hotel, call centers, private office, clubs, bars and resorts then you are using our music as background for your business.
d.) You are a webcaster, internet radio station or a website owner including our songs in your station playlist or as a background music in your commercial website.
Section 3. Requisites of this Agreement
1.) Both contracting parties are of legal capacity to enter into an agreement or contract.
2.) The licensee declare and affirm under penalty of perjury that the information submitted to the music publisher are true and correct to the best of the licensee knowledge, information and belief.
3.) We will not allow our songs to be used in the following application: pornography, violence, drugs, terrorism, hate, projects that infringe someone’s copyright and racism.
Terms of Use for this website
1.) No hot linking. If caught, we will ban your IP address in our server and we will report you to your hosting company to have account permanently suspended.Bandwidth theft is a crime punishable by prosecution.
2.) No spamming or obvious abuse in the website. If patterns of spamming is detected, you can still be caught even if you are using proxies, we will ban your IP address (use as proxy) and your actual IP address and report you to internet service provider to have your connection permanently disconnected.
