1. I like a certain song in your catalog, can I use it for free???
Click ”Download this song with FREE license” button.You can use the song for either a commercial or non-commercial based projects. Read the scope of our definition of free license and check whether your project can benefit from it.

2. Why should I license a song from your catalog??
First, it is because the songs are in broadcast quality, no up-front licensing fees, very quick and legal.
3. What is “Trackrating” besides song title?
This is the measurement of song quality and marketability rated by the publisher. “5″ is the highest possible rating. Everything in the song classification (those you see in the sidebar navigation) as well as the results of the site search is sorted by the track rating system in order for visitors to spot the strong songs in our catalog at the least possible time.
However, we suggest digging deeper in order to find songs that match your project. And the track rating system will prioritize those songs that you need to listen first.
4. How do I find the songs specific songs that meets my criteria?
Basically the quickest way is to use the drop-down menu under “Search Songs”. Also you can click on the nearest categories that describes the songs you need in the right side navigation “our music catalog”.
If you cannot find the songs you need, please contact us and we will help you select the best songs for your project.
5. What is your specialty/specialized genre?
We specialize in female pop/rock songs. There are also pure acoustic songs in guitar and vocals demo, a little bit of country style.
6. The MP3 streaming is CUT OFF, is this a problem with your website?
No, this is due to congestion in the internet. If you experience cut off, try reloading the page (clear cache also) and do not divert away the page and stream the song. If it is still cut off, you will save time by just downloading the song directly to your desktop. There is no congestion anymore.
7. What is the bit rate of your MP3 download?
128Kbps standard Mp3 bit rate for streaming and downloading. However you will get a WAV version of our song if it is finally included in your project.
8. How can I be sure that the music publisher owns all the song and recording rights?

9. Can I negotiate for a license fee?

10. Can I use your song if I am not in United States?
Yes, even though our songs are registered under US Copyright, by virtue of Berne Convention, you can use the song if your country is a member of the convention.
11. I am a songwriter, can I submit unsolicited materials?
No, please don’t.
12. Do we need an account before we can license a song?
This is not needed, it will waste your time and we value it so much.

14. There are some songs with acoustic or studio recording version, can I download both of them at one instant?
I think there is a restriction with the downloading in the server side, as one download can only be allowed at one time.You can download the other version by repeating the whole process (clicking the button–> agreeing the terms –> download the other version).
