Background:

Jeanine is living a musical life. She starts joining and winning singing contest at age 6 and works hard to become a professional singer as her dream.

Jeanine starts picking up guitar at age of 12, singing in her town and became a local favorite by continuously winning singing contest as well as serving the church.

It was she became 17, which she starts her professional recording career by releasing commercial religious records produced by the Cebu’s finest Christian songs producer Fr. Ricky Bermudez. Her first song (in Tagalog) Dahil Tanging Ikaw became a radio hit and the 1st batch of album released were all sold out to Christian song listeners and fans.

She meets local rock producer/writer Emerson Maningo at age of 18 then start collaborating on rock/pop recordings. Her associated band at this time is Tweakz n’ Reverbz, where she play the role of vocalist and bass. Her 1st acoustic recording was released on March 11, 2006 and is praised positively by critics in the media:
