Our background:

This website was started by Emerson Roble Maningo (below), an ASCAP publisher/producer.




A short history of how this music publishing business was founded; it’s all started from an indie band called “Tweakz n’ Reverbz” that played a lot in Cebu Philippines in the year 2004-2007. This is also the time where we wrote, recorded and produced majority of the original songs that exist in the catalog today. The difficulty of establishing as mainstream artist pushed us to change marketing strategy to music publishing instead of selling records on our own. It is because we hold the copyrights for both song and sound recording that also give us the publishing rights.

After years of preparation, we finally registered the music publishing business in 2008. Registering all songs in US Copyright and becoming an ASCAP publisher member represents an important milestone to the business.In 2009, www.musicforlicense.net was registered as the official music publishing website hosted by Godaddy.com. The business was registered in Department of Trade and Industry, Philippines with registration number: 00592748
